- Apples - 2 medium (
- Carrots - 3 medium
- Celery - 3 stalk, large
- Ginger Root - 1 thumb
- Lemons (peeled) - 2 fruit
- Pears - 2 medium
- Turmeric Root - 6 thumb
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
I love turmeric and use it when I can. I was not able to find a turmeric root so I sprinkled turmeric on my drink, mixed and enjoyed! This one will make it to my favorites recipe book.
I came across this weeks set of juices from JuiceRecipes.com. They have lots of juices to choose from. I started with the weightloss juices. Even though my goal is to feel better a great bonus would be to loose weight.
